Megan Gecik is a world-class professional dance artist. Born and raised in Branchburg, New Jersey, Megan grew up training in dance, voice and acting at the acclaimed Star Maker School in Clinton, New Jersey. A Rockette by the age of 22, she has performed the touring production of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular and has extensive training in Ballet, Contemporary, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Musical Theater, and Hip Hop. She is also an active AGVA member. In addition, Megan is a Dance Educator at the Star Maker School and has graduated from Montclair State University in May 2015 with a BFA in Dance Performance. She recently became an apprentice with Christian Von Howard's dance company, the Von Howard Project and performed work at the Making Moves Dance Festival this past September. Megan cannot thank her teachers, mentors, and educators enough for their training and guidance and hopes to continue to become a mentor for her own students for years to come.
